Crispy Fritters with Creamy Dip Recipe
Ingredients (Fritters ke liye):
- 2 medium potatoes (kaddu-kash kiye hue)
- 1 cup boiled shredded chicken (optional β agar veg banana ho to skip kar do)
- 1 small onion (barik kata hua)
- 2 tbsp flour (maida ya besan)
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp grated cheese (optional but tasty)
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- Β½ tsp black pepper
- Β½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder ya paste
- Hara dhania (thoda sa)
- Oil (frying ke liye)

- Sab ingredients (potato, chicken, onion, spices, egg, flour, cheese) ek bowl me achi tarah mix karo.
- Oil ko pan me medium heat pe garam karo.
- Mixture ka chhota portion lo aur halka sa shape de kar oil me daal do.
- Dono sides se golden brown aur crispy hone tak fry karo.
- Tissue paper par nikaal lo extra oil remove karne ke liye.

- Β½ cup yogurt (dahi)
- 2 tbsp mayo
- Β½ tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt & black pepper
- Thoda sa lemon juice
- Hara dhania ya parsley
