Protein-Packed Egg & Chicken Wrap
Ingredients (1 serving):
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 2 boiled eggs (or scrambled)
- 100g grilled chicken breast (or leftover chicken)
- 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
- Handful of spinach or lettuce
- ยฝ bell pepper (sliced)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: hot sauce or mustard

- Prepare protein
Slice boiled eggs and chicken into strips. - Spread yogurt
Spread Greek yogurt on the tortilla as a healthy base. - Add veggies & protein
Place spinach, bell peppers, eggs, and chicken on the tortilla. - Season
Add salt, pepper, and optional sauce. - Wrap & serve
Roll the tortilla tightly and enjoy immediately.
