Sourdough Chicken Power Sandwich

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 1 grilled chicken breast
  • 2–3 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomato slices
  • 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper (to taste)

Step-by-Step Instructions:

Step 1:
Season the chicken breast with salt and black pepper.

Step 2:
Grill the chicken on medium heat for 5–7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.

Step 3:
Lightly toast the sourdough bread slices until golden and crisp.

Step 4:
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt and mustard to create a healthy sauce.

Step 5:
Place lettuce leaves on one slice of bread.

Step 6:
Add the grilled chicken on top of the lettuce.

Step 7:
Place tomato slices over the chicken.

Step 8:
Spread the yogurt-mustard sauce evenly.

Step 9:
Drizzle a little olive oil for extra flavor.

Step 10:
Cover with the second slice of bread and serve immediately.
