Cool Ranch Zucchini Chips (Keto Snack)

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or mix below 👇)

Homemade Ranch Mix (optional):

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried dill
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

🔪 Step 1: Slice zucchini

Cut zucchini into thin round slices (the thinner, the crispier)

🧂 Step 2: Season

In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and ranch seasoning
Make sure all slices are evenly coated

🔥 Step 3: Arrange

Place slices on a baking tray (with parchment paper) in a single layer

⏲️ Step 4: Bake

Bake at 120–140°C (250–280°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours
Flip halfway through for even crispiness

❄️ Step 5: Cool down

Let them cool — they will get even crispier after cooling 😋


😋 Extra Tips:

  • For faster cooking → use air fryer (160°C for 10–15 min)
  • Don’t overcrowd tray, warna chips soggy ho jayenge
  • Store in airtight container to keep them crispy
