Creamed Brussels Sprouts (Keto & Super Creamy)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Brussels sprouts (halved)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)
  • Optional: chili flakes or bacon bits

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

🔥 Step 1: Cook Brussels sprouts

Heat butter in a pan and add Brussels sprouts (cut side down)
Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy

🧄 Step 2: Add garlic

Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant

🥣 Step 3: Make creamy sauce

Add heavy cream + cream cheese
Stir until smooth and creamy

🧀 Step 4: Add cheese

Add parmesan cheese and mix well
Season with salt and pepper

🔥 Step 5: Simmer

Cook for another 3–5 minutes until sauce thickens
