Air-Fryer Kale Chips (Super Crispy Keto Snack)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups kale leaves (washed & dried)
- 1–2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt (to taste)
Optional flavors:
- Garlic powder
- Chili flakes 🌶️
- Parmesan cheese 🧀
👨🍳 Instructions:
🔪 Step 1: Prep kale
Remove thick stems and tear kale into bite-size pieces
Make sure kale is completely dry (very important for crispiness)
🧂 Step 2: Season
In a bowl, toss kale with olive oil and salt
Add any optional seasoning you like
🌬️ Step 3: Air fry
Place kale in air fryer basket in a single layer
Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 5–7 minutes
🔄 Step 4: Shake & check
Shake basket halfway through
Cook until crispy (don’t overcook, warna jal jayega)

Let them cool for 1–2 minutes — they get even crispier 😍

- Overcrowding mat karo → warna soggy ho jayenge
- Har air fryer thoda different hota hai, is liye last 2 min watch karo
