Ingredients

  • 1 medium cabbage (cut into thick slices)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 beef or chicken patties
  • 2 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or keto sauce
  • Optional: pickles, onions
