Cool Ranch Zucchini Chips (Keto Snack)
Ingredients:
- 2 medium zucchini (thinly sliced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp ranch seasoning (or mix below π)
Homemade Ranch Mix (optional):
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp dried dill
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & pepper (to taste)

πͺ Step 1: Slice zucchini
Cut zucchini into thin round slices (the thinner, the crispier)
π§ Step 2: Season
In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil and ranch seasoning
Make sure all slices are evenly coated
π₯ Step 3: Arrange
Place slices on a baking tray (with parchment paper) in a single layer

Bake at 120β140Β°C (250β280Β°F) for 1.5 to 2 hours
Flip halfway through for even crispiness

Let them cool β they will get even crispier after cooling π
