Creamed Brussels Sprouts (Keto & Super Creamy)
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Brussels sprouts (halved)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
- Salt & pepper (to taste)
- Optional: chili flakes or bacon bits

Heat butter in a pan and add Brussels sprouts (cut side down)
Cook for 5–7 minutes until golden and slightly crispy
