Full English Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients (per 1 plate):

  • 2–3 eggs
  • 2–3 sausages (pork or chicken)
  • 2–3 slices of bacon
  • 1–2 hash browns
  • ½ cup baked beans
  • ½ cup diced fried potatoes
  • 3–4 mushrooms (sliced)
  • 1 slice black pudding (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp tomato sauce / ketchup
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Oil or butter for frying

👩‍🍳 Steps:

  1. Fried Potatoes:
    • Dice potatoes, fry in oil until golden and crispy, set aside.
  2. Sausages & Bacon:
    • Fry sausages in medium heat until cooked and golden.
    • Fry bacon slices until slightly crispy.
  3. Mushrooms & Black Pudding:
    • Fry mushrooms lightly in butter or oil.
    • Fry black pudding slice for 2–3 minutes per side.
  4. Eggs:
    • Fry eggs sunny-side-up or as desired, season with salt & pepper.
  5. Hash Browns & Beans:
    • Cook hash browns until golden.
    • Heat baked beans in a small pan or microwave.
  6. Assembly:
    • On a plate, arrange eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, black pudding, hash browns, fried potatoes, and baked beans.
    • Add ketchup or tomato sauce on the side.

🍴 Tips:

  • Use medium heat for eggs and bacon to avoid burning.
  • Black pudding is optional if you don’t eat pork.
  • Serve immediately while hot.
