Keto Cheese Garlic Bread (Without Flour!)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese (shredded)
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 1 Egg
  • 1/2 cup Almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder (ya fresh garlic)
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 tsp Baking powder
  • Salt (taste ke liye)
  • Optional: parsley ya oregano

👨‍🍳 Step-by-Step Recipe:

🔥 Step 1: Cheese melt karo

Mozzarella + cream cheese ko microwave me 40–60 sec tak melt karo (mix karte raho)

🥣 Step 2: Dough prepare karo

Melted cheese me egg, almond flour, baking powder aur salt add karo
Sab ko achi tarah mix karke soft dough bana lo

🍞 Step 3: Shape do

Dough ko baking tray par rakh kar flat bread shape me spread karo

🧄 Step 4: Garlic butter lagao

Butter melt karo + garlic mix karo
Is mixture ko dough ke upar spread karo

🔥 Step 5: Bake karo

Preheated oven me 180°C par 10–15 minutes bake karo
Jab golden aur crispy ho jaye to nikal lo

Cut karo slices me aur garam garam serve karo — cheese stretch bhi ayega
