Keto Cheese Shell Tacos (Super Unique & Crispy)
Ingredients:
For Cheese Shells:
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (or cheddar)
For Filling:
- 1 cup cooked chicken (or beef)
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon butter
- Salt (to taste)
- Black pepper (to taste)
- Optional: lettuce, cucumber, or a little tomato

๐ง Step 1: Make the Cheese Shells
- Preheat oven to 180ยฐC (350ยฐF)
- Put baking paper on a tray
- Add small piles of cheese (circle shape)
- Keep space between each pile
- Bake for 5โ7 minutes until melted and slightly golden
- Remove from oven and let cool for 1โ2 minutes
- While still soft, place them over a spoon or edge to form a taco shape
- Let them cool completely (they will become crispy)

- Heat butter in a pan
- Add cooked chicken or beef
- Add salt and black pepper
- Cook for 3โ4 minutes
- Turn off heat and mix in mayonnaise
