One-Pan Balsamic Chicken & Asparagus
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
- 1 bunch asparagus (trimmed)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- ½ tsp dried thyme or rosemary
- Salt & black pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat Oven
- Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2️⃣ Prepare Chicken & Asparagus
- Place chicken breasts on the pan.
- Arrange asparagus around the chicken.
- Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, and sprinkle garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Toss asparagus lightly to coat.
3️⃣ Bake
- Roast in oven for 20–25 minutes, or until chicken reaches 75°C (165°F) and asparagus is tender.
- Optional: Broil 2–3 minutes for extra caramelization.
4️⃣ Serve
- Slice chicken and serve with roasted asparagus.
- Drizzle extra balsamic glaze if desired.
