Protein-Packed Egg & Chicken Wrap

Ingredients (1 serving):

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 2 boiled eggs (or scrambled)
  • 100g grilled chicken breast (or leftover chicken)
  • 1 tbsp Greek yogurt
  • Handful of spinach or lettuce
  • ยฝ bell pepper (sliced)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: hot sauce or mustard

๐Ÿ‘จโ€๐Ÿณ Instructions:

  1. Prepare protein
    Slice boiled eggs and chicken into strips.
  2. Spread yogurt
    Spread Greek yogurt on the tortilla as a healthy base.
  3. Add veggies & protein
    Place spinach, bell peppers, eggs, and chicken on the tortilla.
  4. Season
    Add salt, pepper, and optional sauce.
  5. Wrap & serve
    Roll the tortilla tightly and enjoy immediately.
