Roasted Cabbage Burgers (Healthy & Keto-Friendly)
Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage (cut into thick slices)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & black pepper (to taste)
- 2 beef or chicken patties
- 2 slices cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- Lettuce leaves
- Tomato slices
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or keto sauce
- Optional: pickles, onions
🔥 Instructions
- Preheat Oven
- Set oven to 200°C (400°F)
- Prepare Cabbage “Buns”
- Slice cabbage into thick rounds
- Brush with olive oil and sprinkle salt & pepper
- Roast the Cabbage
- Place on baking tray
- Roast for 20–25 minutes until golden and slightly crispy
- Cook the Patties
- Grill or fry patties until fully cooked
- Add cheese on top and let it melt
- Assemble the Burger
- Take one cabbage slice
- Add lettuce, patty, tomato, and sauce
- Top with another cabbage slice
